In this episode we talk about the importance for women in their forties to understand the existence of the peri-menopause, and its effects, and to notice that this is a process that takes years, as the menopause doesn’t happen, overnight. Breaking the taboo of ageing, of menopause (for women) and andropause (for men) is the key to start feeling better and approach life in a different way.
