Sara Nazim is the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator of Afghanistan & Central Asian Association (ACAA) in London. Sara obtained her BSc in Psychology and MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from the University of Roehampton. She moved to the UK with her family when she was a child, and she dreams about one day going back to Afghanistan and work as a Psychotherapist, when women will be finally free to live without fear in her beloved country. Until then she is committed to offer her time and knowledge to help as many Afghan refugees as she can.
You can support Afghan Women by contacting ACAA https://acaa.org.uk/ As a grassroots charity, ACAA works with families, communities and organisations across the UK and Afghanistan to tackle the problems directly affecting migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers and their root causes.
